U.S. Government Donates 100,000 Voter Brochures in Support of the Guatemalan Electoral Process.  The U.S. Government, in a joint effort with the European Union, today donated brochures on civic issues to Guatemala’s 2007 General Elections Partnership Commission, which is composed of representatives from San Carlos University, the Human Rights Office and the Office of the Guatemalan Archbishop. The Commission was responsible for the design and content of the brochure. The U.S. contribution consisted in the reproduction of 100,000 copies.
