Lost or Stolen Passport with Visa

If your passport with a previous U.S. visa has been lost or stolen, please bring a copy of the "denuncia" and a "Movimiento Migratorio" to the non-immigrant visa interview. The "Movimiento Migratorio" can be obtained at the following address: 6ª. Avenida 3-11, Zona 4, Guatemala City, telephone (502) 2411-2411.
