Non-Immigrant Visas

Visa Delivery

Cargo Expreso will deliver your passport with your new visa to your home or office, usually within 3-4 business days.

When an applicant receives a non-immigrant visa after an interview in the consular section, he or she will be directed to the Cargo Expreso desk in the waiting room. The applicant should bring enough cash to cover the cost of delivery, which is Q30 within Guatemala City and Q40 for the rest of the country. Cargo Expreso does not accept checks or credit cards.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ABOUT VISA DELIVERY

Q: What if my passport is lost?

A: If a passport is lost, Cargo Expreso will reimburse the client an appropriate amount to cover the cost of replacing the passport and visa.

Q: My flight leaves tomorrow. How can I get my visa and passport today?

A: An applicant who legitimately cannot wait for delivery should tell the consular officer at the time of the interview. The official will determine if it is possible for you to pick up your visa that same day after 5 pm at the Cargo Expreso office at 18 Calle 16-80, Zone 11, Anillo Periférico.
