USAID Inaugurates its New Facilities in Guatemala. U.S. Ambassador to Guatemala, James M. Derham, along with Guatemala’s Vice President, Rafael Espada, M.D., inaugurated on April 17 the building of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The new building is home to all USAID’s executive, administrative and programming offices in the country. It is located off borders with Guatemala City in the department of Guatemala (Km. 6.5 toward the end of Boulevard Los Próceres, in Santa Catarina Pinula).
